Monday, Sept. 21st: Enter–The Girls

Ladies and Gentlemen, may I introduce the world-famous “CrossFit Girls.”  They are very simply standard named workouts that we’ll be using as fitness benchmarks.  The weights listed are the prescribed weight, but as always, you should be scaling to your own ability.

Three rounds for time of:
Run 400m
21 kettlebell swing (53/35)
12 pull-ups

Reminder: We will only have one workout at 6:30pm on Thursday of this week so everyone can hit it hard and still get to the Fight Gone Bad Happy Hour at No Idea Tavern.  It’s from 7-10pm, and a portion of the tips will go towards our gym’s total!  Also, we’ll be having the FGB event this Saturday, so all other classes are canceled.  If you’re a SBCF member and we’re thinking of signing up for the FGB event, do so ASAP!  You need time to collect those donations, and we need to plan on how many people will be working out with us!
