Handstand practice

Buddy Workout – AMRAP 15 minutes

Wheelbarrow with buddy 30 steps

Buddy does 5 elevated push-ups

10 squats (both people)

15 sit-ups (both people)

Switch wheelbarrow dutiesĀ and repeat!
