Aw crap – I did the 800 forwards, 400 backwards 2x… wasn’t able to check this before I did it…. I will make this one up tonight.
The workout I did was funny – I had several odd looks and some homeless dude stole my water to make tea or something in it… but the workout itself was tough. Going from backwards to forwards after the first round felt like a triathlon transition – it was hard to ‘find my legs.’ It took me 15m on the dot.
ok… so i didn’t keep a very accurate time… but it took about 15 minutes. i’ve come to terms with the fact that my 200s are terrible.. and after about 50, it is more like a jog. instead of standing and resting, i jogged the rest of the way around the track for each one. pretty tiring overall… i just ate 2x as much as i normally would for dinner
You mean Annap doesn’t have homeless people on their tracks? Man, you gotta move to a better place… you don’t know what you’re missing.
I did the HW in about 11 – also forgot to keep the right time… I used my awesome Wal-Mart watch to time the breaks so 11 is a guesstimate.
(I didn’t know guesstimate was a real word until my spell check just corrected its spelling…)
